Covering an area of nearly 100 hectares, it is part of the natural reserve territory. On this uninhabited island, you’ll find yourself in the wild. You can choose between swimming, underwater exploration, discovering the land and its ruins, or admiring the red clay cliffs.

Pinel Island, located off the east coast of Saint Martin, is a small paradise accessible by boat, perfect for relaxation and snorkeling in its crystal-clear waters. The island is home to two renowned restaurants: Karibuni, offering refined Creole cuisine in a tropical setting, and Yellow Beach, a laid-back spot where you can enjoy fresh seafood with stunning ocean views. Le Balaou is a floating restaurant located in Grand Case Bay, Saint Martin, offering a unique experience right on the water. Accessible only by boat, it serves authentic Caribbean cuisine with dishes like revisited bokits, as well as pizzas and tapas. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of Grand Case Bay while sipping refreshing cocktails with their feet in the water, all in a relaxed atmosphere.

Le Balaou is open daily from 11:00 AM until sunset, providing a memorable experience in the heart of the Caribbean.

Creole Rock

Le Rocher Créole is a small islet located off the beach of Grand Case, part of the Saint Martin Nature Reserve.
This site is renowned for its shallow, calm waters, perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving, offering a rich marine biodiversity, including tropical fish, sea turtles, and vibrant corals.

Grand-Case Bay

Grand Case Bay, located on the northwest coast of Saint Martin, is renowned for its white sandy beach lined with calm, crystal-clear waters, making it ideal for swimming and water activities. This picturesque village is also known as the “gastronomic capital of the Caribbean,” offering a variety of high-quality restaurants.

Among them:

• Le Java offers Mediterranean cuisine with Lebanese and Israeli influences, delivering a unique culinary experience in an elegant setting.

• Le Rainbow Café is a beachfront venue serving French and Caribbean cuisine, loved for its festive atmosphere and breathtaking views of the bay.

• Le Temps des Cerises combines a boutique hotel with a restaurant offering modern French cuisine, all in a bohemian-chic atmosphere with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea.

Happy Bay beach

Happy Bay is a secluded beach located on the western side of Saint Martin, accessible after a ten-minute walk from Friar's Bay or directly by boat. This unspoiled beach offers an idyllic setting with its white sand, turquoise waters, and coconut trees, making it perfect for those seeking tranquility and untouched nature.

With no tourist facilities, visitors are advised to bring their own supplies. Happy Bay is also a popular spot for snorkeling, thanks to its rich marine life.

Red Bay beach

Red Bay beach, located in the Terres Basses area of Saint Martin, is renowned for its fine sand with a slight reddish tint, from which it takes its name. It offers a generous stretch of beach, allowing visitors to enjoy peaceful space even during peak seasons.

Bordered to the east by majestic cliffs topped with luxurious villas, Baie Rouge is loved for its crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling, especially near the rocks at the northern end of the beach. While the beach lacks extensive tourist facilities, it remains a favorite spot for locals and visitors seeking tranquility and natural beauty.

Long Bay beach

Long Bay beach, located in the Terres Basses on the western side of Saint Martin, is one of the island's longest beaches, stretching from Pointe des Canonniers in the west to the La Samanna Hotel in the east.
This expansive stretch of fine sand offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for those seeking tranquility and privacy. The crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea are ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

At the eastern end of the beach lies La Samanna, a 5-star hotel considered one of the most beautiful in Saint Martin, providing its guests with direct access to this idyllic setting.
